Dear P.S.41 Families,
It is important that we have accurate emergency contact information for every child in the school. We normally use physical “blue emergency cards” but this year we are going use digital blue emergency cards. Kindly visit this link and fill one out for each of your children in our school. If you have already filled this out for each child, there is no need to do again. If you haven't filled it out yet, we must have it ASAP.
