Did you know...
As a parent or guardian of a PS41 student you are a welcome member of our PTA. Simply fill out this membership form and return it to school. While monetary donations are greatly appreciated, they are not required.
Your membership donation helps fund programs like: Theater Arts, School Trips, Assemblies, Ballroom Dance, Literacy Support, News and Views, Yearbooks for every senior, and so much more! Without your generous support we could not keep these programs running.
PS41 is the first school in District 26 to become a non-profit organization. Your membership donation is tax deductible!
With your membership donation of $50+ you’ll have the chance to win raffle prizes like:

The PTA throws the class with the highest membership participation a pizza party! No monetary donation is required. Simply fill out this form and return it to school and your child’s class will be in the running. The first class to return every student’s membership form will win a PTA sponsored pizza party!
Simply return a completed membership form to school, with or without a donation. Donations can be made via credit card or check.
