Dear P.S. 41 Parents/Guardians,
Thank you very much for your cooperation as we have transitioned back into full in-person learning. The various social distancing and safety protocols that are in place will once again require us to have remote parent teacher conferences on 11/3 and 11/4. These will not be our traditional student-led conferences; they will be brief periods of time (7-10 minutes) to check in with teachers about progress.
All conferences will be remote and all children should attend with parents.
Our Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place as follows:
Evening Conferences Wednesday, November 3, 2021 5:00 – 7:30 PM
Afternoon Conferences Thursday, November 4, 2021 12:30 – 2:30 PM
This year the first marking period will end on 12/3/21 and report cards will go home on 12/16/21, so it is important to understand that this round of conferences really serve as check in and not a report card review.
If these dates do not work well for you or during the conference, you and the teacher decide that further consultation is necessary, the teacher will be happy to make another appointment on another date during teacher office hours. November 4th is a half day for all students. Grades 1-5 students will dismiss at 11:30 AM. K students will dismiss at 11:20 AM. Please plan for this.
Teachers will post sign up links in Google Classrooms by Friday, 10/29.
